Our insurance used a drone to inspect our house. After the inspection, they said there was not enough damage to approve our claim. A door knocker inspected our roof and told me I didn’t have any damage. I hired Chad from Hail Restoration Specialists because he was recommended by aunt. He found hail damage on my roof, windows, screens, gutters and paint. I can only assume the door knocker didn’t have enough experience or knowledge about hail damage as Chad. I’m grateful that I hired him; otherwise, I wouldn’t have known about the damage. If I hadn’t filed my claim on time, I would have had to use my own money to fix the damage. Some people don’t realize that you only have a certain amount of time to file your claim after a hail/wind storm happens. I’m so thankful I found Chad. My home is now fixed and my insurance company paid for the damage. Yeah Chad, two thumbs up!!!
